I realize that Dot will probably not even see this email. But, I figured why not try. I saw the add in craislist under Sydney health/medical positions for massage therapist, and clicked on the link and to my surprise it was Dr. Dot. I'm currently a student at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego earning a Masters of Science (Traditional Oriental Medicine) as well as a Massage Therapy degree. I'm 24 now, and am hoping by the time I am 30 to be practicing elsewhere, and having already lived for a year in Australia, I'm keen to return. So with that in mind, that is why I was looking. The primary reason I am writing though, is becuase as a young girl at Rockville High School in Vernon, Connecticut, I remember hearing talk of a certain alum named Dorothy who went on to be a massage therapist to the stars. Truth is, I had never known before of being able to make such a name for yourself in that profession. Here I am, 10 years later persuing my life's passion. In short, if Dr. Dot ever reads this or gets word of it, I would like to personally thank her for being an inspiration to a small town girl. I hope to one day in the near future spread the spirit of healing on an international scale as well.Best Regards, Courtney Wiley

I have read about you over the years and I have to say, I think you have helped the massage profession be more open to the public and the world with your success! Congrats to you and your success. I am a beginning massage therapist in Texas ( I just passed the state exam this past Feb and I am preparing for National exams soon) and I really want to thank you for all you've done for the massage world.
